GOP Hopeful
Aug. 9th, 2007 12:39 pmIt has been four years since my last confession. I just have to get this off my chest -
I would not be horrified to see Giuliani take the Presidency in 2008. At least he would nudge the current trajectory toward a much more sane direction.
Even Ron Paul might not make me vomit in terror. If I weren't a socialist, I'd be a Libertarian. It makes sense, really. If we're not all going to take care of each other, then at least we should leave each other the hell alone. And, he was a good sport on the Daily Show. (Or was it the Colbert Report?)
All of the other Repubes seem just as bad as the status quo. Some worse, if that's possible.
I'm thinking Paul doesn't have a chance at the nomination. What about Giuliani?
